Accepted payment types and currencies

You can pay for the services offered by GoSocial Development via credit card payment link or bank transfer. For currencies other than RON, the exchange rate of the day of payment is taken into consideration.

Delivery

Since all of the services we offer are customized solutions, the delivery terms of the services are individual to each service offered and are individually discussed and agreed upon by both parties. Digital products do not need physical delivery, therefore there will be no delivery fee.

Cancellation, modification and return policy

In accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the Customer has 14 days to cancel, modify or return the product. This is valid for physical delivery and does not apply to customized digital products.

Refund policy

In case of refunds, for card payments, the amounts will be returned to the original card from which the money was received. For bank transfers, the amounts will be refunded on the bank account from which the initial payment was made.
